THE TALK
THE TALK focuses on fundamental questions we all ponder, especially when we're introspective or alone. By providing answers in essence form, it equips us with quick responses to these questions that may arise during meditation. This helps alleviate anxiety and fosters CONSISTENCY OF PRACTICE.
Everyone and their mother, and even their dog, knows that meditation is beneficial and straightforward—you just have to take time to sit still!
However, when we sit still, our bodies may ache, our minds generate emotions and excuses to avoid confronting or dealing with something. We might feel it's a waste of time, all because it can suck and is a challenge!
While the HOW TO MEDITATE may seem straightforward, it's the STRONG WHY that will drive consistent practice. Like anything else worthwhile in life, CONSISTENCY OF PRACTICE is what gets the results.
Named "THE TALK" because it represents the inner voice/talk we all have while sitting still. A strong fundamental-essence-of-life-based inner dialogue (the talk!) is not only beneficial while in meditation practice but in everyday mundane and high performance situations.
